❤️ When Are Refunds or Replacements Available?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you originally ordered, please contact LDD within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible issues may include:

• Damaged items: Your product arrives damaged.

• Manufacturing or printing defects: Your product has a verified production or printing problem.

• Incorrect items received: You receive a different size, color, design, or product than the one specified in your order confirmation due to a fulfillment error.

We'll review your request and determine the appropriate resolution. When appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable or the issue cannot be resolved through a replacement, we'll provide a refund for the affected item, subject to applicable law.

When Are Returns or Exchanges Not Available?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges—or offer refunds—for customer selection errors or changes of mind.

This includes:

• Wrong size ordered: You received the size you ordered, but it does not fit as you hoped.
• Wrong color or design selected: You received the color or design you ordered, but prefer a different option.
• Change of mind or personal preference: The item matches your order, but you no longer want it or prefer a different appearance or style.

Please review the size chart, product description, and available color options carefully before purchasing.

Received something different from your order? An incorrect item, size, color, or design sent in error is covered by our Refunds & Replacements policy. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
